As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy. When you purchase a training course from us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.

No Refund Policy:

At Marvik Solutions Pvt. Ltd., all purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for any of our courses, including but not limited to:

  • Self-Paced Learning Courses
  • Instructor-Led Training Courses
  • University Partnered Programs / Bootcamps
  • CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO Programs

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

For instructor-led training and University Partnered programs, Marvik Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule/cancel a class/session due to any unavoidable circumstances. Marvik Solutions will reschedule any canceled class/session at its discretion.

Refunds: Duplicate Payment

Refunds for any duplicate payments will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 10 working days after you have submitted your request.

Marvik Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revise this policy without any prior notice.
